At Deliberti, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.
Request a Return
Log into your Deliberti account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the Deliberti shipping box to ensure the products remain protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Affix the pre-printed return shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier point or schedule a collection; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
